For many, 2020 has been the year of confinement. At Escuela Europea de Coaching it has been the year of the change of visual identity and the year of \"Las Ventanas\". Two relevant and inseparable events, flagship of a prolific year in spite of everything, full of launches and increases in multiple areas of our organisation.<\/p>\n
In March, at EEC, we decided to deal with the emergent and set up a cycle that would generate connection, accompany loneliness and isolation, shorten distances, help manage emotions and allow us to share what was happening. Thus was born the \"Las Ventanas\" cycle, which between 20 March and 20 May involved the holding of 48 online conversations and attracted more than 1,200 people. An unforgettable format, which we brought back in December to bid farewell and put an end to the most unique year.<\/p>\n
No less emotional this year has been our visual change. 17 years after our foundation, in October 2020, Escuela Europea de Coaching presented a new way of showing ourselves to the world: a new visual identity (new logo, new colours) and a new \"surname\": Expanding Futures. To reflect the transformation we had been accommodating internally with each coaching and consulting project since 2003.<\/p>\n
New programmes and launches<\/strong><\/p>\n We began the year by continuing with the digitalisation process started in 2019 and the EEC Campus, and the decision to include all the training programmes of the Escuela Europea de Coaching on the platform. Spring invited us to launch the first online ACTP 100% programme by convening, prompted by circumstances, the first Cycle II entirely online.<\/p>\n The year has also been marked by the multiplicity of launches and new developments, including modular programmes, more flexible formats that allow you to select and take parts as well as complete programmes. This is the case of the programmes \"Training in the new competency model\" or the \"Uncertainty Management Programme\", for companies; the \"Executive Summer School\" cycle; and the new \"EEC Agile\" area, which also has another important new feature: the collaboration of Built Agile experts.<\/p>\n In addition to bringing interested people to our programmes anywhere in the world, the accelerated digitalisation of 2020 renewed our commitment to sustainability and confirmed our commitment to online, an exclusive format since spring for all specialisation and training programmes for other non-coaching professional profiles, which we have been doing in this way for more than 10 years.<\/p>\n The launch of a new book of distinctions, entitled \"Distinciones de coaching\", co-written by Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner, together with coaches and trainers from Escuela Europea de Coaching, has also been a special event. A choral work published by Editorial LID that can be read in digital format from July and in physical format on paper from October 2020. It has not been the only novelty to tell what we feel and think, in 2020 we also launched two new communication channels: a Spotify channel and a Podcast channel with the audios of all the \"windows\" of the spring confinement.<\/p>\n If we have learned anything from 2020, it is to live connected to the present and excited about a desirable future. We have also confirmed the importance, necessity and usefulness of emotional management. For this reason, among the most exciting novelties of this 2021, which has just begun, is the launch of \"Escuela de Emociones\": a programme to discover the power of emotions designed for all audiences.<\/p>\n And as a last summary of the year, a picture in figures: more than 5,400 hours of training given, more than 1,100 people trained in EEC programmes and trainings, more than 90 hours of free workshops (which means about two hours a week), more than 8,300 attendances to events and workshops, 5,300 of them to the Las Ventanas cycles in spring and at Christmas, and more than 2,500 coaching sessions.
