Coaching skills: Keys to design our best version is the title of the talk that Blanca Huarte-Mendioca, Academic Director of EEC in Catalonia, will share with the audience gathered at the Tour del Talento on Tuesday 21st in Zaragoza.<\/p>\n
The expert coach, facilitator and trainer of EEC coaches, will share six essential points, including the management of frustration, the labels we put on ourselves, limits, the use of language, the attitude of the protagonist and acceptance.<\/p>\n
Organised by the Princess of Girona Foundation, the Tour offers workshops, conferences, debates and other activities directed and led by young people.<\/p>\n
It is a tour that will visit five cities in the country. It starts on Monday 20th in Zaragoza, where it will be until 24th February, and will continue in March in Valladolid, in Cordoba in April, in May in Lugo, and in Girona in June. <\/p>\n
Respectively, the Tour has scheduled the awarding of a price in each city, the Social Award, the Business Award, the Agriculture Award, the Science Award and the International Award.<\/p>\n
Attendance is free of charge.<\/p>\n
