Rituals' Human Resources Director, Joan Carles Cifre, has shared the results of his company's work with EEC Consultancy, revealing a significant and positive transformation in its management team.<\/p>\n
The consultancy process has led to greater motivation within the team, better communication, more agile decision-making and the implementation of clear roles and rules that have made meetings more efficient. Cifre noted that \"People are much more motivated and much more demanding of help, showing vulnerability and a desire for personal development as managers\".<\/p>\n
A marked improvement in communication channels.<\/span><\/p>\n \"We give each other feedback, we allow each other to give feedback and that is a great achievement,\" Cifre commented. This change has helped foster an open and collaborative working environment, which has led to more agile decision-making.<\/p>\n The establishment of internal rules and roles has increased the efficiency of the team, allowing teamwork to flow smoothly. \"We have internal rules that allow us to work as a team.
