A unique edition of the programme that has set a precedent in the training of team coaches, under the direction of Luis Carchak, the first professional in Spain to receive the ACTC credential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online edition in October.<\/strong> After this recent edition, EEC plans to invite more people interested in the systemic approach and work of coaching in a second edition of 100% online at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escuelacoaching.com\/en\/programmes\/international-team-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">from 30 October<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">First-person accounts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/whkVwx3uZF4?si=-II10IS3zHz4jZXj\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>At the end of this new edition of its Team Coaching Programme, the words could not be more positive. The participants have shared their experiences, reflecting the personal and professional transformation they have undergone and evidencing the <strong>profound impact this programme has had on their futures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Natalia R Shuiderman openly expressed: <strong>\"A transformative experience like all the school's programmes\". <\/strong>This idea was reinforced by the words of Silvia Gonz\u00e1lez Cibia, who mentioned that the programme provided her with \"another perspective to be able to work with teams\", enabling her to <strong>clearly identify areas for improvement and increase their confidence<\/strong> when interacting with equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Debora Bronstein praised the programme saying<strong>Excellent experience in terms of content, practice and team experience.<\/strong>.
