Barquero also addressed the\u00a0<strong>challenges<\/strong>\u00a0The main issues encountered, such as the management of expectations and the importance of tailoring the approach to individual needs, have been identified.<\/p>\n<h2>Towards a culture of feedback<\/h2>\n<p>Looking to the future, Barquero mentioned a project underway to\u00a0<strong>fostering a feedback culture in Otsuka<\/strong>.
