What is your passion?
My passion is people, accompanying them in their development and personal growth, enhancing their lights and accepting their shadows, helping them to discover that life can be seen and lived from another perspective. I love (un)learning, from curiosity and calm, from the people and circumstances that surround us.
Why are you in coaching?
To contribute to and accompany people in getting to know themselves, discovering new possibilities and connecting with others in an effective and inclusive way.
I am involved in coaching because one day I was a coachee and it transformed my life. I find it one of the most effective, complete and profound ways to generate new and better opportunities for growth and development to achieve one's purpose.
How did you come to coaching?
I came to coaching after a 'crisis of purpose'. After 14 years working for different multinationals I felt that the end of a stage was coming and I decided to start a coaching process to find myself again and discover what my next step in life was.
The experience was so eye-opening that not only did I reconnect with my interest in people and their development, but it became clear to me that this was what I wanted to do. This prompted me to leave my old job, become certified as a coach and, after many life experiences and learnings, today I consider myself very fortunate to be able to dedicate myself to what I really love and what inspires me.
Define yourself in one sentence
One more human being in constant growth, motivated by curiosity and love.
